1. Credits & Billing

Paid features consume AI credits. Credits are granted via purchases, subscriptions, promotions, or referrals. Unless stated otherwise, credits are non-refundable and expire 24 months after grant. Certain plans include monthly credit grants that renew each billing cycle. Usage beyond plan grants may incur metered overage billed by Stripe according to your price schedule.

2. AI Limitations

AI outputs are estimates and recommendations; they are not professional engineering or legal advice. You remain responsible for verifying results and complying with codes and manufacturer requirements. MyRoofGenius AI tools are designed to assist professional contractors but do not replace professional judgment.

3. Uploads & Reports

You grant MyRoofGenius a license to process uploaded files to deliver services and improve models. Reports are generated for your use; we retain processing artifacts for audit and quality for up to 18 months (unless law or disputes require longer). You may request deletion at any time; see our Privacy Policy.

4. Refunds

If an analysis fails to complete due to a system issue, we will re-run at no charge or restore credits. Discretionary refunds for completed analyses are rare and evaluated case-by-case. Subscription refunds follow Stripe’s policies.

5. Fair Use

Enterprise plans include high-volume allowances subject to reasonable use. We may throttle, require plan changes, or suspend abusive or automated scraping behavior. API access is subject to rate limits documented in our developer portal.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to violate any laws or regulations
Not to infringe on intellectual property rights
Not to transmit malicious code or interfere with the platform
Not to harass, abuse, or harm others
Not to engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Not to reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYROOFGENIUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
