30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Subscriptions)

If MyRoofGenius is not right for you within the first 30 days of paid billing, ask for your subscription fee back. Refunds are not automatic: a person on our billing team reviews every request. Requesting opens a request in our billing queue and emails our team; we aim to look at it within 4 hours and we reply by email either way.

• Applies to all subscription tiers (Starter, Professional, Business)
• Ask within 30 days of when paid billing begins
• Approved requests refund the subscription charge under review, minus anything already refunded, back to your original payment method
• Every request is reviewed by a person on our billing team, never by an automated rule

Note: after 30 days, you can cancel any time to stop future renewals, but the current period is not refunded.

Separately Offered Digital Purchases

MyRoofGenius is not currently presenting a public digital-download marketplace. If we offer a one-off digital item by direct checkout, the refund window for that item will be stated at purchase.

• Review the refund terms shown on the specific checkout page
• Contact support if the delivered item is inaccessible or unusable
• Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method; your bank usually posts them within 5-10 business days

Failed AI Analyses

If an analysis fails or produces unusable results:

• Free re-run: send us the report and we re-run the analysis at no additional charge
• Report credit: a run that fails should not consume a report credit — if one was consumed, tell us and we put it back
• A person handles it: email support@myroofgenius.com with the report link and what went wrong

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Ask from Settings → Billing inside your account, or email support@myroofgenius.com from your billing address.
2. Include your account email and the charge you are asking about.
3. Tell us briefly what did not work — it helps us fix it, and it does not change your eligibility inside the window.
4. Either way it opens a request in our billing queue and emails our team.

Refund Timeline

• Review: A person on our billing team reviews every request; we aim to look at it within 4 hours and we reply by email whether it is approved or not.
• Approved: We refund the subscription charge under review, minus anything already refunded, back to your original payment method, through Stripe.
• In your account: Your bank or card issuer usually posts the refund within 5-10 business days after we send it.

Exceptions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscriptions after 30 days (can still cancel to prevent future charges)
• One-off digital purchases outside the stated checkout terms
• Trial accounts with no payment taken — the 14-day trial starts without a card, so there is nothing to refund
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
