30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Subscriptions)

If you’re not satisfied with your MyRoofGenius subscription within the first 30 days, we’ll refund your subscription fee in full.

• Applies to all subscription tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise)
• Request refund within 30 days of initial subscription purchase
• Full refund of subscription fee, no questions asked
• Processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method

Note: After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges.

7-Day Guarantee (Marketplace Downloads)

Digital products purchased from our marketplace are covered by a 7-day guarantee:

• Request refund within 7 days of purchase
• Must provide reason for refund request (helps us improve)
• Refund issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days

Note: Marketplace products include AI-generated documents, templates, contracts, and tools.

Failed AI Analyses

If an AI analysis fails or produces unusable results:

• Free re-run: We’ll re-run the analysis at no additional charge
• Automatic credit: If re-run fails, credit automatically applied to your account
• No questions asked: Report failures, we handle the rest

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at: refunds@myroofgenius.com
2. Include your account email and order number
3. Briefly explain your reason (helps us improve)
4. We’ll process within 2 business days

For subscription refunds, you can also request through your account settings dashboard.

Refund Timeline

• Approval: Within 2 business days of request
• Processing: 5-10 business days to original payment method
• Bank processing: May take additional 3-5 days depending on your bank

Exceptions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscriptions after 30 days (can still cancel to prevent future charges)
• Marketplace products after 7 days
• Free trial accounts (no payment made)
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
