All data shown above is sample output generated with demo inputs. Actual results are based on your uploaded photos, regional pricing, and project-specific parameters.
Why you can trust the numbers
We don't lead with star ratings or a logo wall. The deterministic tools give the same answer for the same inputs, every time — and we publish the formulas so you can check the work yourself. That is the proof.
100% reproducible
Same inputs → same answer
The calculators are pure functions of your inputs. Run them twice, ten times, next year — identical inputs always return the identical result. No model drift, no randomness.

Deterministic, no AI required
Cost, material, labor, cash-flow, change-order, and configurator tools all run from your numbers — usable right now, no provider, no account wall on the math.
Open methodology
Every formula is documented
The exact roofing math is shown below — squares, waste, pitch, perimeter, regional roll-up. You can verify the output by hand. A black box can't offer that.
Roofing squares
squares = roof area ÷ 100One roofing square = 100 sq ft. Every material quantity rolls up from this, the industry-standard unit.
Material base cost
squares × material unit price × (1 + waste factor)Quantities scale linearly with area, then a material-specific waste factor is applied — no hidden fudge factor.
Pitch adjustment
labor × pitch multiplier (by rise/run)Steeper roofs cost more to install. A documented multiplier per pitch (e.g. 6/12, 9/12) scales the labor, not a guess.
Drip-edge perimeter
perimeter = 2 × (length + width)Eave + rake metal is derived from a rectangular-footprint approximation (length = √(area × 1.5)), shown so you can sanity-check it.
Regional + tax roll-up
subtotal × regional multiplier, then × tax rateMaterial, labor, and accessories are each scaled by a regional cost multiplier; tax is applied to the subtotal. Price-per-square = total ÷ squares.
AI-assisted features are labelled separately and are human-reviewed (beta). The deterministic calculations above never depend on a model — they are the floor you can rely on today.
