One platform. Two depths of review.

Each successful address analysis costs one analysis credit; successful provider-backed photo enrichment costs another. Running address analysis plus photo enrichment for the same roof can use two analysis credits. If the account has no available analysis credits, new credit-backed roof analyses are blocked instead of creating a hidden overage charge; usage-metered flows also block requests that would exceed the current plan limit. Subscription renewals add the plan's analysis credits to the existing account balance rather than wiping unused credits at renewal. There is no automatic pay-as-you-go overage charge: upgrade for more included volume, or contact support when Business volume needs a custom review. Bid confidence: 20 requests per 60 seconds; Pre-walk briefing: 20 requests per 60 seconds; Spec reality check: 15 requests per 60 seconds; Spec review: 15 requests per 60 seconds. These temporary request limits apply separately to each tool per network address, separate from the account's analysis credit balance. If a limit is reached, wait for the retry interval before trying again.

Every plan includes a 14-day trial that starts without a card and includes 50 roof analyses. After trial, Starter includes 25 roof analyses/month, Professional includes 50, and Business includes 200. Choose for the post-trial volume you expect. Use the deterministic calculators and review-gated workflow tools first; provider-backed analysis is clearly labeled when available. Add billing before the trial ends to keep access.

Yes — change plans any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing period. Downgrades also take effect immediately; the remaining days of the current period are not prorated or refunded — the lower price starts on your next invoice, so the best time to downgrade is just before your renewal date. If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. Analysis credits already on your account stay there through a plan change. A downgrade changes how many roof analyses your next renewal adds; it does not take back credits you already have. Changing plan mid-period never adds a second month of roof analyses for the same invoice.

Card details are collected through Stripe checkout when you add billing.

Choose monthly or annual billing. Cancel future renewals from your billing settings. On annual billing the whole year is funded when the invoice is paid: twelve months of included roof analyses land on the account at once, and anything you do not use stays there.

Export important data before cancellation. Under our Terms and Privacy Policy, reports and saved files may remain available for up to 30 days after cancellation. Original analysis images may be retained for up to 30 days after processing, with exceptions for support, security, disputes, and legal obligations. These are maximum policy windows, not a guaranteed backup or export service. Data may be deleted sooner. Some billing, legal, and backup records may remain longer. In practice we do not keep your original analysis images at all: they go to the analysis provider for the run, and what stays on your account is the report plus a content fingerprint, not the picture. Those 30-day figures are maximum ceilings, not a promise to hold anything for you.

Yes — a 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan, counted from when paid billing begins. Request it from Settings → Billing or email support@myroofgenius.com. Refunds are not automatic: a person reviews every request before any money moves. Requesting opens a request in the billing queue and sends an alert, and we reply by email either way. When it is approved we refund the subscription charge under review, minus anything already refunded, back to your original payment method; your bank usually posts it within 5-10 business days.

MyRoofGenius uses a baseline rate table (adjustable per estimate), material specs, and assembly configurations to create a reviewable estimate draft. Address-based measurements come from our own GIS engine on open data — USGS 3DEP LiDAR where public coverage exists — and every result labels its source (LiDAR-derived, imagery-derived footprint, or deterministic fallback). Treat every output as a starting point: verify measurements, site conditions, and scope assumptions before sending a final bid. Provider-backed analysis is clearly labeled when available.

Business includes 200 roof analyses/month for standard self-serve use. If your legitimate operational demand exceeds that, contact support so we can review volume, support needs, and whether a custom enterprise buildout should be scoped separately.

No special equipment is required to start. Enter project details and measurements to create structured drafts you can review, adjust, and verify with your normal field measurements before sharing externally. Photo analysis stays review-gated before customer use.
